Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 April 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any engagement between you and Neonet Digital ("Neonet", "we", "us"). By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.
1. The free-week trial
The free week is exactly what it sounds like: we waive our management fee for the first seven days of a new campaign. You are responsible for the ad spend you authorise with Meta, Google or any other advertising platform during that period.
The free week is limited to one per business, subject to suburb availability, and requires a minimum daily ad budget of AUD $30 per day. We reserve the right to decline the trial if we don't believe the fit is right — we'll tell you on the first call.
2. Our services
We provide marketing and advertising services including ad campaign creation, landing pages, websites, Google Business Profile management, lead tracking, and related work. The specific scope is agreed with each client in writing before work begins.
3. Fees & payment
Ongoing work after the free-week trial is invoiced monthly in advance. Ad spend is either billed directly by the ad platform to your payment method, or invoiced by us at cost — depending on setup. No hidden mark-ups.
Engagements are month-to-month. There is no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee.
4. Results
We are committed to delivering results. However, advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, seasonality, local competition, and your responsiveness to leads. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, booked jobs, or revenue outcomes.
5. Ownership
Assets we create on your behalf (websites, ad creative, copy, tracking setup) are yours. When our engagement ends, these assets remain with you.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site or continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance.
